Big Easy Kabobs

    Finally tried the kabob kit.
    Cut up beef, Vidalia onion, green peppers throw them all in a ziplock bag.
    I sprinkle a bit of McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning, 1/2cup Dales steak marinade, 1/2 cup Woscheshire, 2TB of Garlic(I use the stuff in a jar).
    Marinate for 3-4hours.
    We tried a couple separate skewers of red potato & onion basted in olive oil w/S&P. I knew the potatoes would take longer and should have put them in earlier as the very bottom ones were a tad hard.

    Looks yummy! Might give your recipe a go this weekend, got some steak tips in the freezer.

    How does that skewer kit work? When it's all loaded up and in place on the rack, does it
    go on the grill standing up?

    it drops right in the big easy. If your grill has low top may not work. Check out this thread
