That's a pretty decent price if it's for mounted & loaded. That thing's looking good! Just to make you feel better WeldrDave a multi hoe machine came up on CL here. One size bigger than yours, same vintage, no cab in decent shape @ $12,500. I'm thinking ya done real gooder.

Yesterday, it gotta fresh oil change and filter, I ordered a new hydraulic filter of course the new seat, "due to a permanent bolt mark affixed in my A$$" the back hoe seat will be next... I'm trying to get the things done before I drag it up North. As said before, I knew what I was getting into, and I felt this would save me some $$$$ in the long run, I just had to take care of things first.

Thank you! I figured as much after the research and phone calls I did. I gotta drive them 50 miles but so be it. There in my truck now, headed up this morning. Many of you have been at this stuff for years and years, I'm just learning.

On the road early 0700, 50 miles up the road, New set on. Damages wasn't bad, two new tubes and tires, they wired/cleaned the rim bead because there was some rust developed in there, after New Jerseys political A$$ rape tax and "tire disposal fee", $927.00 :makeitrain"

I suppose that isn't bad for what I got. The brand of the tire is called (K9 Farm) 8 ply. That's all they had in the 14.9-28. The guy said there pretty good tire, (of course he did) he sells them... ;) Well, here they are.

Well..... Getting them on initially I rolled them in my friends garage and he has a small fork lift, I put them on the forks, and he lifted and I backed the truck under them as close as we could, then just grunt work pushing them into the bed. When I got to the tire place they just came out with a big fork truck and picked them right out of the bed. Today, were going in reverse to get them off! I'm gonna put them back on hopefully by lunch. We were careful, I'm guessing they weigh about 300lbs a piece, I don't need one of them falling on me.

Can you "load" a tubed tire?

I'm fairly unfamiliar with the process.
