Anybody with any experience with a Drolet Edison? My stove has a burn that looks u shaped. Within 24 hours of burning I get unburned pellets falling off the edge of the burn pot as it’s a bottom feed. I also get a lot of high temp faults in the auger tube. All while not getting much heat out of the unit. I’ve made plenty of adjustments to the stove and nothing seems to help.

And the stove is squeaky clean front to back, including all hidden ash traps and all the exhaust venting?

Can it be there's partially no air flow throughout the pot. Not familiar with your stove.

The Drolet Edison is very similar to the Osburn Volta and is made by SBI. All passageways are free and clear. The stove has a separate combustion motor and exhaust motor. Both are clean and working properly.

can the combustion motor be verified it's working? As the flame became lazy all of the sudden?

Just my 2 cents not being familiar with that stove at all......unburned pellets coming out of a burn pot on ANY pellet stove almost always indicates one of 2 things:
    -dirty stove/exhaust system
    or
    -weak combustion blower

The Edison looks to be the cousin of the Enerzone Eurostar based on the options and BTU rating? That stove has 2 augers? And two combustion blowers? Correct?

    And a touch screen interface?

What are your air air, exhaust, and fuel settings?

And what is your exhaust venting setup? Is it 3" or 4"?

A picture would help a lot with the venting.

This is the Eurostar I have. It's a dual auger 45k btu stove that is made by SBI as well (Osburn has the same model).

That guy is a close friend of mine :D:rofl:

I overlooked this last night. I'll look that stove up soon.

How many years has this stove been in use?

Vent set up is straight theough the wall into a tee then a rise of four feet to a 90 and then cap. Stove is squeaky clean as well as all pipe and exhaust blower. The separate combustion blower is also clean. I clean the stove weekly. It’s a one year old stove. All gaskets are in excellent shape. I’ve adjusted the air intake, exhaust blower and auger speeds.

Dexter the venting is all 3”. The Eurostar is closer to the Osburn 5000. The Edison is very similar to the Osburn Volta. Any chance your still in touch with Burt?

After reading and looking looking over your manual? Your stove may look more like the Volta (single door) But all the cleanouts, burn pot, etc, are almost exactly like the Eurostar/5000.

If you have pellets coming over the edge, I'd bump up your combustion and exhaust blowers a notch or two. Your panel is several years newer so the version of your control panel is different than mine.

That said... What are your exhaust blower, combustion blower, and auger feeds?
