That's a pic of the "good tire"... Even if someone has a used one thats "fairly" decent, it 's gotta be a bit better that the other side.

I'm optimistic, that's the best way I can put it. Realisticly, "I own it" so what ever happens is what needs to be dealt with, "And I understand that"! The part of this is I know the man who owned the machine, I've known him for years and he's from New Hampshire. He would "Not" BU!!$#iT me if there was anything seriously wrong with it. It's old and it is what it is... As many here are far more experienced on these machines than I, after listening to them and making a personal evaluation, I believe I did Ok for what I got. I'm sure down the road I can get my $$$ back out of it if I so desire. I doubt I will though as long as it's still fully functional! So, let the "fun" begin! :)

Maybe you should drive it over to see OneLonleyFarmer. (YouTube) I hear he’s pretty good with tires!

Side note: Tractor tires don’t usually need any crazy tools. It’s all stuff you could fit in a Honda Civic if need be. But for one or two, it’s usually better to call in a pro, they usually work on-site.

Yup! There is a "tractor tire" place about 40 mins from here. I'm not to worried about it "yet" but down the road I will. I hate having something in the back of my mind that says, "when is this thing gonna crap out".... and it's usually at the worst time!

Here's a pic, "as best I could get tonight" of the other tire and 1 pic didn't come out, The first pic has a big cut in it, on the back side, "not shown" is one about 3X as big. It had multiple cuts and splits along the bead and is dry rotted to Hell, as you can see.
I will take more, I was inside and didn't get around it well. There is more bad cuts on this tire and I don't get a warm and fuzzy with it.

Controls and everything look the same as ours. be aware that when you have the knife switch in the middle to start, be ready to move it to run pretty quickly. It rev up crazy in a hurry if you don't. Ours is pretty cold natured and needs a snort when it gets semi cold, outside temp wise. Also don't run it out of fuel, royal pain to prime as the lines go up and over. Easiest way is to fill the tank, get a rag and air hose and pressurize it by taking off the hose by the seat. Don't ask me how I know that.

Doesn’t look like it’ll take much to get that in service. I’d say you got a heck of a deal! You’ll get some serious work done with that rig.

Friend has an international construction tractor, looks exactly the same minus the backhoe rearend.
Its not much to look at but a nice tractor that has strong hydraulics, they have had to do nothing on it, hour meter stopped at something like 7000 hours
Yours should be a good investment and serve you well and you'll find all kinds of odd jobs to play around on with it
