It is where a wood pile is wrapped completely in plastic-including the bottom-and the sun is used for solar gain to shorten the time needed to season wood below the 20% level. It was a thread posted a few years back which resulted in strong but opposing opinions on the subject. Ended up going off the rails a bit and included top covering vs. non-top covering of wood piles. Not a good memory here...........
