    I second that opinion. Split small will increase surface area and burn cleaner and hotter.

    I cannot do that, tore my rotator cuff and bicep tendon in an accident at work. My shoulder would be killing me for weeks if I tried...

    I setup and operated transfer presses for 12 years until I was injured. You don't do that by being weak. I may be just a girl but I am not a wimpy prissy girl. A weaker individual would have taken the disability and sat around feeling sorry for them self. I chose to live with it, to me it's an inconvenience not a disability no matter what the Dr says...sorry for the rant.

    With your love of neat and tidy, Ward, it is a good thing you can't see my sewing room. There is a trail from the door to the ironing board and sewing machine. It is going to be my first retirement project to clean up. Until then, I am procrastinating on retirement. On the other hand, if all you neat and tidy people come to visit, I could put you to work and it wouldn't take long to have a clean room.
