    Luckily no reports of deaths. Lot of infrastructure damage. Right now no way by road in or out of Anchorage. Airport was just reopened. There are a few member down in the Mat-Su valley. Land slides are abundant and bridges are out.

    I am 327 miles from Anchorage. My household was spared any damage. Thank you for your thoughts.

    My BIL lives just east of Wasilla. He was at work. He sheltered under a desk.
    Most of the damage in his work place was broken pipes. Hot water heat.
    His house is fine. Power was off for a couple of hours.
    He has emergency food, water and generator....so he will be fine.
    He said it was quit an experience.
