What's this guy thinking? Only someone with a skidder and a grapple are going to come out for something that size...and you can't roll 80K through a residential neighborhood to get all that wood out.

Too bad. I guess it will just site there and rot.

Well not everybody knows what firewood really is. If that is flagstaff they could be transplants from S. Calif and would explain everything.

This one's even better. Should I offer $ 1200.00 per tree including chipping & log removal, stump grinding additional charge.
I'm betting that's not the offer they're looking for.

Just reply " I can do $1,200 per tree." Sit back and let the hilarity ensue.

    And it will....

Even if they don't get it now, then when they get quotes when they have to take them down, then you'll at least have braced them for the reality.

I'd be willing to pay $1000 to drop a tree on someone's house....just to say I did it.

I signed the waiving my insurance, it's all on the homeowner. Lol

Either that or you can say, "Merry Christmas, there's your tree in the living room!"

No response. Either figured out my sarcasm or like 95% of the people on Craigslist that post things and never bother to respond.
