Nice to meet you Lissa. It was originally a typo by clemsonfor , but placement and timing was hilarious. It was a Christmas pm from a few years ago, but it's so darn funny it stuck. Sorry Dave not sure there's a specific thread on it, but Lissa, if you search for it here use all one word, feedthong, it will pull up all the fun members here ( Eric VW ) have hearing it.

"Interesting" is probably an extreme understatement.
Oh yeah, I forgot about the clemcorrect feature on clemsonfor 's phone.
Typos from here to eternity (to be fair, I guess, it happens to a lot of folks:picard:)
You're right,......it's been a "feature" in a few threads. Should there be a feedthong emoji?:hair::rofl:

I don't think that was a PM, was it? I remember reading it soon after I joined here, and I'm sure I wouldn't have been part of a PM at that point yet...probably gonna take some digging, but I bet someone can come up with it...I'll try tonight.

I just don't remember, thought it was a fundraiser for FHC for Christmas that most of the members here were on, but I could be wrong, long time ago.

Welcome Stoveburner38 ... Ok we are a Lil :loco: .. Looks like you will fit right in..

I remember the infamous, notorious, prominent member Eric VW posted screen shots of said auto correct as some how he was getting blamed for it..
Now why members would naturally assume that Eric was responsible..:whistle: that's another thread altogether:rofl: ..:handshake:

My wife's eyes roll into the back of her head when I start talking about it. Only thing she cares about is whether it's producing heat. She does love the heat from a wood stove versus the heat from our forced hot air furnace or the electric heater in our bedroom.

Welcome to the best and last Club you'll ever join, Stoveburner38.

We need to set a few ground rules as we are already on page 3.
    1. Pics, pics, pics. If you don't post a pic, it never happened. So post a pic of your wood stove already. :hair::hair::hair::popcorn:
    2. This is a great group of people you'll soon come to know as family.
    3. We don't measure our di*** size here, we measure our woodpiles. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
    4. Have a three year wood pile plan.
    5. Did I mention Pics?
    6. Toys, post pics of your toys. No not the ones in your bedroom. Chainsaw, tractor(s), wood haulers (trucks, 4-wheelers), guns, hunting, axes, you name it.
    7. Scores - post pics of your wood scores.
    8. Have a question - FWHC has specialists standing by to help in all manner of questions from firewood, to stoves, to tech, to life.
    9. Have knowledge on a topic or questions - jump right in. Nothing to be afraid of here.
    10. Did I mention PICS?

For the most part that should cover it. There are all walks of life here, and we all have a common love of firewood. From there, you'll find tons of different splinter conversations. Everything from food, to hunting, to trucks, you name it. Sure we kid each other some, but we keep it respectful.

    Hope you enjoy it here.

    Jason from RI.

    My my... y’all have been busy... :D
To be Eric VW correct, it is two words.
And it was clemsonfor and his famous Clemcorrect that produced the infamous terminology..... in a PM.
