Your Thanksgiving plans?

No big plans here, I'll go out hunting in the morning, come down around lunchtime and help Chazsbetterhalf with turkey prep. After that I may head back up on the hill or settle in for some football.

Our place is too small to host, and my sisters that live close have their own extended family to contend with.
I prefer to avoid any drama.


One of those instances where "absence makes the heart grow fonder."


But I'll call them and wish them a Happy Thanksgiving.


Other than that, I'll be here with my FHC family.

I smile when I get to work and the parking lot is half empty. The higher ups all take a long weekend.

 

I'll hunt in the morning until 11:00, and then have a small family dinner at my brother's. Then more hunting unless I feel too stuffed and then I'll fall asleep!
Taking the rest of the week off-no school for the students and I hunt as much as I can. Longest break I have all year.

 

My two sister inlaws are coming over with their six kids, the plan for thursday is to eat too much great food, drink a few too many cold beers, and watch some football on tv while sitting near the stove while soaking up the heat.
