    Another load of brush gone. That's the last of the third hush cuttings thankfully, just have to deal with roots and babies that have re-sprouted now, and a load or 2 of non-prickly brush.

    I finished the last of the pie last night homemade pumpkin my mom made for me and she does make it from store bought stuff she uses garden grown pumpkin.
    with fresh homemade whipped cream it was awesome.
    wish i had more :(.

    That sounds fantastic. I tried pumpkin once, store brought stuff and a recipe I found online. 100 times better than anything store bought. Homemade whipped cream is the ONLY way to go!

    No pumpkin pie yesterday! What a travesty. MIL bought a squash pie, wife said it was terrible. I did make a pumpkin cheesecake though, so all was not lost.

    love cheese cake didn't have any this time and never was much on turkey i loaded my stomach on pie and yeast rolls with real butter and paying the price this morning with bloating . Doctor told me to avoid bread but it is holidays.
