    Those yetis are the best as far as insulation..me thinks it should keep the cold out also..???

    Or a piece of warm soapstone..

    I wouldn't worry about it...lots of salt in that brine and yes, the cooler's insulation will maintain whatever inside temps is. Throw it outside and check it at bedtime if you still think it'll freeze.
