So true Will! So True! :tip:

Glad to be back inside, it's been a busy 24 hrs. Took a road trip out to Albany NY yesterday to pickup a full set of rims w/ snow tires for Natalie's '14 Subaru Legacy: kind folks traded in their '10 Legacy earlier this summer, and offered up the complete tire/wheel package for $100 bucks on CL.

Heck yeah, I'm taking a road trip .. Had been searching CL for a few weeks prior, nothing was in her (aka: our) budget, until this deal. Tires are Altimax Arctics, 8/32" tread - she's good to go for at least a few seasons w/ this set.

Started snowing 6pm on the way back through NY -> VT, literally been driving in this storm that just ended for like a solid day. Eesh. I'm toast.

Just got in from finishing sn!wblowing the driveway and all the paths, we got about 8" total today / about 14" total sitting out there.

I'm taking her car into work on Thanksgiving, the office is closed: owner & mechanics are cool about letting me use the Service Bay to do the tire/wheel swap. ... 'Cause it's gonna be Skeeter weather on Thursday. :shiver:

Early night tonight, hope all are well & staying warm, gots to go feed the pellet monster, before zzz's.

    Have a great evening all.

DirecTV NOW. Streams over your broadband internet connection. No dish, has all the channels we watch (including the locals), and at $40/month instead of the $110 we were paying for Cable TV service.

Thanks TT. We have DTV satellite service now - I think we are going to be doing the same, when the contract ends in summer '19. Even w/ bumping up the DSL service to 25/2, we'll still be saving about 80/mo.

Just looked at my Cable TV bill. Turns out the TV service was actually $75. Then tack on another $35 in taxes, fees, and surcharges for a total of $110. Seriously? That $35 of junk charges is nearly the same price as the replacement TV service!

Did a price match at my local HD and purchased 3 skids(60x3=180) of Lacrete's at $250t to go along with the 22 bags of Satisfaction's I've picked up with the home renovation's material/beer & case of wine run of the other week:thumbs:
I've got to replenish my stash as the season rolls along, already at 31 bags for the month of Nov
Calling for -14*C(7*F) tomorrow with-20*C(-4*F) at night :shiver:

If I didn't get all this stuff for free, I would never pay for it. I'd have a modem and that's all....I think we charge $68 for a la carte gig service...I'm not even sure

Spent 1.5 hours shoveling and snowblowing last night. It was very wet and heavy so I'm glad we only got 5-6". Did all the walkways that I didn't do after the last storm too. My optimism backfired as the old snow didn't melt, but never got solid either. Ground is still soft too so it was a bear getting a couple areas cleared. The snowblower is a trooper though and we persevered. Will clear the front steps tonight - that is the only thing left.
