It's a well cared for 2009 - couldn't have fit that log in in the Caddy... This is the first piece of firewood it's probably ever hauled - officially christened

Yeah towing package. I haven't opened up the owners manual to find the rated capacity yet 9500lb is for the 6spd, this has the 4spd. A trailer may be in my future, but Ole Blue is sticking around for the heavy lifting

As long as the frost doesn't hit the trees hard tonight we should be good - it sucks having two "Falls" in a year the normal one and the one after the spring frost - through late June. I'll be cleaning mini dead oak leaves from the pool until then
I would chime in and say it should be similar to mine (9000+) but he mentioned it has the 4 spd which should put it at about 7000 lbs. Nice lookin' truck basod. Looks real familiar.
I think you're right I did a bit of digging with a 3.42 gear it's 5900, 3.73 7500, 4.10 8500. Glove box code is GT4 so it's a 3.73, so less me/fuel/cargo probably 7000lb. I don't plan on abusing it that's what Ole Blue is for When'd you upsize? Thought you were running a Colorado/Canyon and the big 3500SRW.

Sweet new truck Believe it or not there was a 2014 with ~7k on it the HD trailer package LTZ, 4x4, Z71 and GM dealer installed everything including some $4k blacked out rims at the dealer closer to me - to me the truck looked kind of stupid dressed out like it was. Guy traded it because it wouldn't haul his race car hauler like he thought it would. This dealer has crazy stupid prices - like they are depreciating off the new $50k trucks, this area (Alabama in general) has super high resale on pickups, rolled the bones on the Caddy's headbolts holding for an extra 15miles and eased it over the mountain(fortunately a freezing cold morning) laid out the cash and drove off the lot 45mins later in a truck I'm very happy to own - had all the extras except a liner which will be added soon. The only thing that's a little sketchy is opening the window at highway speeds - the door kind of shudders a bit, lack of a fixed B pillar on the extended cab I guess
The '14s are super nice trucks, I love the body configurations of the new ones, no suicide doors on the ext cab and you can get a 6.5ft bed (same as yours and mine) on a crew cab which you could not prior to '14. But those price tags were more than I wanted to swing and when I found mine, all but new and for a lot less money than new, I did the right thing and brought it home. Even though it said Chevy on it rather than GMC.
