Somerset and Dartmouth , also I'm liking the Energex softwoods at The Fireplace Showcase also they have Cubex and LaCretes again this year .
Nice,I bought 2 ton of Energex softwood and a pallet of Lacrete.Tomorrow will be the first burn of the year.
$249 at my local HD. Had two tons of Chow delivered earlier this week. Just in time for the cold weather.
Chows are burning well. Pretty similar to the past few years. I have noticed a bit more fines than usual in the bags I've burned thus far.
Same deal in Leominster as it was $249 a ton and $219 if you buy 4 tons but now has moved to 6 tons. They are the typical FSU that they have every year.
I have a Home Depot coupon for 10% off, and need one more ton of pellets. Local HD has stove chow. Any Home depots in CT with anything better ?
Waterbury has green supreme a few days ago. I need 2 tons and trying to get that coupon as well but no dice yet. TSC $249.50/ton and nothing else as far as discounts.
Now owned by Lignetics, But don't think they changed them much from NEWP's Meh pellet IMHO. Stove Chow is usually an HD staple or Fireside Ultra's. Both better than GS's!!
Keep an eye out for the TSC 10% / 15% off deals they come pretty regularly this time of year. $25 off is nice. Maybe better chances with Black Friday and cyber Monday coming too? We shall see.
Thanks for the suggestions. I found a website for FSU AND Stove chow for who stocked them. Went to HD today in Southington, and they had FSU pellets. Got my 10% discount. But they are moving ! My local HD was empty last night. Obligatory pics, or it didn't happen.
Have burned a bunch of bags of the FSU's, and impressed how clean the glass on my stove is. Decent heat. Its a lightweight fluffy ash. In contrast, Hammers leave a black soot on my glass witin a day, and while very hot, leave a dense, hard ash burm that I briefly scrape daily.
