    Oliver the hound is rarely called by name, can be called, "Knucklehead", "Trouble", "Jacka$$", "Big Trouble", "Dipchit", he will answer to any of them.

    The kids are usually addressed as "pups" and the pups addressed as "kids"

    I like Timber or Sprocket.

    Timber it is... He loves the wood pile (mail because he is teething :) )

    His ears are also starting to come up. The bottom half comes up, while the tips still droop. Oscar had one that flopped until about 5-6 months old. So he still has a bit to go.

    Thanks for the pics Dex. Your babies are gonna love growing up together I'll bet. I like "Timber" a lot. And, the way he's chompin' on the logs already should be fun to watch. Don't know what you'll do tho if your daughter starts doing it… ;)

    it wont be long before timber will be knocking your daughter down when they play, but he will also be her best friend and protector. dogs seem to adopt little kids and true pack nature will fight before allowing any unfamiliar thing between them.
