Yeah a bit chilly this morning 20* when i got up but going to warm up nicely then yep more rain tomorrow and then its going to chill back down pretty good, yep back on the temp roller coaster again it seems.

Good news on the no gasket required Bogie, I starting thinking about it and remember it was the Pelpro I replaced the motor on destroying the gasket regardless how careful I was and ended up getting a replacement which delayed burning a few days and I had to reluctantly burn oil.

Schoondog great news on the wife's surgery I mean GREAT news, glad she is not having to much discomfort and its great she is going into PT. Exercising at home along with PT is the key to recovery, wish her the best .
Some good hunting in the Hudson Valley I remember my brother and his friends use to come over when i was on a 75 acre farm in West Park and they did very well, they would talk about it all year it was either heading to my farm or Ohio(They all lived in Massachusetts). Had 40 acres of forest and the rest fields which led to some very happy very healthy deer, the biggest white tails I have ever encountered and they all said the same except only rivaled by the deer in Ohio.

Day off from work to honor our veterans is a great day, unfortunately have some work related crap I have to take care of but will see what else the day brings.
If you have the day off enjoy your day folks .

I wonder if it would be worth it to upgrade to the new Fasco blower that Harman uses now.

Nope :D. The P43 doesn't work that hard. Now for the P61a, it might be worth it when the time comes.

Most of the Dayton us Fasco motors IIRC.
BB, Might be able to snag a motor for the blower for around $30 ish or so.

From my Google-fu, it looks like the new Fasco motors are 180cfm instead of the regular 134 cfm. Course I could have Googled the wrong thing, so I could be off base. Moot point right now.

In the SE NH area Haffners on the Plaistow/Haverhill line sells ethanol free fuel. No idea on price.

I replaced mine several years ago. I got it through Grainger. Same numbers on it as the OEM. No issues since. No gaskets involved either.

We’re supposed to have an undisclosed white substance fall from the sky later this week.

Note for charlie sheen: it’s not cocaine.

I replaced my cfl's with LEDs in any place I could. LEDs get better and better. The first few I had lit up, but didn't really light anything up. The new ones light up my yard with pleasing light at a fraction of the cost. I like that they are dimmable. One thing I did find out, for outside applications, the bulb should hang upside down. those that are not, don't last long. I found this true even with bulbs sold to be used in outside lanterns.

They ones that are rated for enclosures and ones that are not. I would think the ones for enclosures would work well
