Well, I of course don’t know what I’m doing right after I cut the burl off, but guy I took them to kept for two years, packed in rice, worked in stages, then double coated with food safe Polly, and charged me 45 each. I thought this was fair for all his time. Wife is keeping two, then the four others are going to my four faithful buddies I cut with all the time for Christmas. Most were there when I cut the burl off but they have forgotten a hundred trees ago, so think they will really be surprised and like them. Will mean a lot to them I think/hope.
I know I would be really jacked up with a gift like that! It's a keepsake for sure to be passed on within the family.. Really nice figure to them....!
