We put this up. Did the t posts on Friday evening. IMG_5042.jpg IMG_5043.jpg
Neighbor has a ton of “crap” on the property line. This is how I dealt with it. In-Laws had a 5’ CottonWood dropped and chunked in April. Passive aggressive privacy will be the purpose of this tree

Same here...partially why I planted 10 pine and 10 red oaks across the back of the property...and then stacked 8-10 cords of firewood right on the line

For sure we all need to keep our property lines in order. It is easy for some to sort of step over the line at times.

And it makes a statement, although He might not understand the full impact of the message. "Cottonwood to you, Buddy"!!

Exactly ! When I had my property surveyed...I paid extra to have stakes every 100 feet . The day after I drove in 6ft t-posts next to all of them..including the corners.
Now this won't stop anyone from stepping over....but at least I know there's no guessing or disputing the facts !!
The famous "oh...I didn't know" ..is out the window ;)

No. He just piles up aluminum soffit scraps and what looks like miles and miles of wood trim and casing. 3 cars, a work van and a plow truck. None of them run. And just plain garbage

Lol...I did the same exact thing...I went right behind the surveyors and pounded a 6ft T post just like you did...boy did it pi$$ off a couple of neighbors. For the corners I drove in 10ft lengths of #4 rebar with a couple of T's wired at the top and put in 2 bags of concrete. Should be there for a while.

Thanks...No Fun Carrying those sacks of ready mix through the woods and in some places a swamp...Surveying cost's too much money and any idiot can pull out an oak stake.

On my far property line I take fallen branches and stack them up on the property line, do it whenever I am back there. It's not going to stop anyone but it gives a visual and there are so many branches there now it would be a pain for someone to trash it. As long as it's on my side of the line by a few feet I really don't care how it looks in the back woods.
