This one earned a bar today. We got it to the point that she's pretty on the inside, where it counts! Went through 20" white oak today. Wow!
This one is going through a full refurb including powder coat at the moment 9000 being converted to 9010.
462 Carbed Version with full wrap and 20" ES Ligh. I passed both these saws on to other folks in the US. 462C with outer felling spike and ES Light
AlfA01 welcome to the land of BTU's. Very nice collection of saws. I will say if nothing else you have been the biggest boost to my improved restraint. I have come so close to a 572xp from you many times over the past month.
Thanks. I'm seeing some really nice threads over here. Catching up on what some of you guys have been posting. Thanks.. Gosh, I like them all, but I do prefer my 7910's. They're the ones I'd hold onto with my teeth. Lol. My 2171 is quickly earning a favorite spot as well. I used it yesterday and besides being a little oils stingy, it really impressed me. Thanks for the welcome and thanks for your service. AF veteran here. Lol. That 572 is a beastly saw. I've actually grown my restraint with those and the 462's as well. I keep passing them on to other guys and haven't bought one for myself yet.
I really like those 288's but never owned one. I've been trolling the classifieds trying to find one. Closest I've found is a decent 281.
Dan did thread with those big oak being cut is over on OPE. It's titled "So a Doctor a Monkey and a Farm Boy show up at my house today..."
