    Ok, I took a tape measure to the biggest piece-- 49" across at its widest on the small end. It's sitting on the big end. Looks like I will be making a few noodles!

    I'm with the Savage here - horizontal cut, couple whacks with a maul, wedges if needed, though you may need to get up on a stump to swing. Wash, rinse, repeat.

    There is no stump to put this on, no way to move it in it's current state. The biggest piece is 3-4 rounds still connected. It will get diced however it can be.
