We had ours the other night. Our daughter wanted to stay home and hand out candy, and the wife took son out.

We made the best of it by bringing an area rug, bench, tv, and an electric fireplace heater out on the front porch. Kind of an outdoor room. It was a nice evening to spend time with her. She is growing up fast.

We all most never get any kids here but get candy just in case. I like the snickers pretty good.

A nice stream of kids but heading to bed soon. Very cool, everyone of them I had to ENCOURAGE to take more than one treat.

Finally one girl said "No, one zucchini is enough" :)

Just got home with my little girl. Theres no sidewalks here, and my neighborhood is in the woods, so we take the kids down to my inlaws house where we used to live. Their neighborhood is a little secluded, and they only got 1 group all night.

We went 1/2 mile down the street where the houses are denser, and there was tons of kids. Charlotte made out like a bandit, she filled her bucket to the top. I had to shovel most into my hoodie pocket so she could carry the bucket.

Got to see an old classmate too. Haven't seen her in 25 years.

    The Google says 2.1 miles.

Heard of it, have never been.

Don't really believe in such things though.

It's just up the road a bit, may have to make a visit someday.

We tied for the same amount of kids as last year. Zero! Don't remember the last time we had any trick or treaters here.

I usually talk my wife into buying some Halloween candy every year. Then I get to take some with me when I go hunting.
