LLBean has what they call Classic Fit. They are not as baggy as relaxed fit.

Saw a guy older than me wearing those skinny jeans while we were in Green Bay about 1 year ago. We were driving into a restaurant parking lot and he was walking across the lot. All 4 of us burst out laughing! What a nut!

Things tend to get that way even before 15 years sometimes!

The older you get, the less classy you have to look. "The Low Riders" of old age require baggy more than classic..................... :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

The ball room jeans are really heavy, my old legs can't handle jeans any more. It's twills and tactical pants for me these days-- all with the ball room diamond gusset!

    I'll stick with my Carharrts.

Went hunting this afternoon but came in early because of thunderstorms... Too late for those things now!

I'm only 2+ years younger, so lets call that the same age. The difference from me growing up in Colorado with the extended family from Minnisota vs WWW in California is very different too. And yep, it was davenport for the grandparents and their kids I spent most the time with.

My grandparents produced from ancestors coming to Colorado in the 1860's matched how most my little school friends spoke.

For all the home owners out here, who knows what the vestibule is?

Only if the coat rack and deacons bench were between 2 doors. Who knows what doors they were?

Relaxed fit are what you need to look for. Look for Dickie's brand too. They seem to fit non-lumbersexuals well. The distressed look is a bit over done. I can wear jeans to work, but trying to find one with zero holes is tough.

I don't think I've worn jeans in quite a while.
Wrangler/ Riggs cargo pants (ranger rip-stop) have held up really well. Just get a waist size 1"-2" larger than what you normally wear, they shrink. Belts are cheap until they shrink to fit (or if you carry IWB- definitely go up an inch or two) Don't but the denim Riggs, they shrink quickly and are too heavy.
Then Carhart coveralls. But that's me.

So I was momentarily confused because my Grandmother's Davenport was actually her fold up writing desk, not a sitting item.

And she had both a couch and a divan .
