WWW said no on 710, it was not a nitro express.

And coon was not spotted. Going to keep a better eye on our trash pick ups on Wednesdays.

A .710 would probably work better for aircraft than raccoons.

If that’s a Remington 710 make sure it had the recal repair done they are known for a bad safety and going off on their own.

That was one of those bad ideas.... They discontinued them back in 06 but I’ve seen them pop up for sale a few times.

It's 17HMR, he says brand is CZ. Thank you for looking out for us and I'm sorry about using wrong words for firearms :emb:

I can load and chamber rifles and shotguns, know turn safety off first, and am versed on my 1903 Colt.

And yes, my Blazer leaked oil many times over the last few decades, had to stop frequently to fill it up and in 2002 I drove 3 blocks from lunch at McDonalds, parked to eat while the engine cooled so I could crawl up into the hood to add oil, forgot to put the 710 cap back on and huge cloud of white smoke when I pulled into my next appt.:wacky:

A little wet this morning to use the tractor. So I’m getting a workout moving some firewood with the F-250.

It has been a busy weekend. Mom's been ill so I have been shuttling back and forth from her place. campinspecter been holding down the fort here while I have been away. We had an awesome stretch of good weather and now this week, it is drizzly. Went down island yesterday to have the car serviced and our teeth cleaned. Did a little shopping. Most of any colour in our trees around here is pretty well gone but on our trip, we got to see more than I expected. Most of the maples have shed leaves but the poplars are still pretty bright. Our thimble berry bushes also turn bright yellow. If the sun had been out, it would have been really pretty.

It was both the living and dining rooms for us. Even as an adult it doesn't seem right sitting in there. :)
