nice setup Brandon. I have an MS880 for the big trees, and it tests the body after a couple of tanks of gas! Looking for a good used skid steer myself!
Thanks! I really like your setup too. If I didn't have the skid steer I would have an excavator with a thumb. I really don't need both. But I will say the root grapple is my favorite attachment! I have heard the ms880 is awesome. I have just had such great experiences with husky I am sticking. My buddy is the same way with his stihl saws. Been thinking about a 3120xp, any thoughts?
I don’t have experience with the 3120xp, but if you can afford it......do it. You won’t use it much but it’s a riot when you do.
I drop 6 or 8 larger trees each year, hickories, beech or maples. So I do not use it a lot. I do however have a granberg mill I have not used yet, and I am aching to give it a go soon on some big cherries outback!
