I'm glad you found his buck, but no good you fell, from the sound of it, when you were alone. Careful out in the woods in the dark, especially now that temps are dropping.

Backwoods Savage it may be time to re-think your solo jaunts/excursions into the woods.

It may be ineffective for you, but it has helped me more than a few times. I was sick last year when it came time to run my usuall half marathon. I had already registered and made reservations for hotel and plans for things to do for wife and kids and I in Adirondacks. I decided I was not going to cancel everything.
I took NyQuil gel caps the night before and DayQuil gel caps in the morning with caffeine. I then completed the race, took me longer than it should have, but that was okay being sick and all. Then managed to enjoy the weekend. We had a great time. So it worked for me.

I’ll have to try the Theraflu next time I’m ill with those symptoms.

Parents and Grandparents, how much little girls hair ties/headbands/baretts, toys and trinkets do you suppose this could hold? Good price, and I figured it might be wise to use up some old Sears gift cards and points sooner than later. I have an antique mirror to mount above it. What do you think about this idea?

[IMG]Eta, sorry the picture came out huge

Looks kinda neat. I don't think she will be able to sit at it like you would be able to sit at a makeup vanity.

It must be rather tall, if it's a bar. That wine storage flap in the back must be pretty deep, if those are the tops of wine bottles. Maybe she could sit at it on a barstool? Would you paint it?

wildwest that is beautiful! And of course, if you have Sears gift cards or points, use them up ASAP.

Thanks Yoops, Midwinter , and Backwoods Savage , I'm going to explore a couple other options, but that is in my cart and my gift cards have been entered and saved as well. We've lived in much smaller homes, then a larger one for a couple decades, but, we were not parents. I need to do all of us a favor and get her items a place to be contained.

I got this free on Freecycle this spring, replaced our tv entertainment stand, the drawers are already busting full :picard:

Hair accessories and chapsticks etc. take up too many drawers.

Lol I wish! I have all this wood out front. Load it up, push it up a slight incline then pull the wheelbarrow up two steps into the porch. Did a half cord yesterday, then moved another third of a cord today. Im stuffing that into the 6x6x6 rubbermaid shed for the winter. Should hold two cords if I stuff it all the way into the peak.

I'm glad it worked for you, but it is super weak sauce compared to other remedies that are available OTC.

Ive had days in the past few years that dayquil did zero to help me, but one cup of theraflu allowed me to function.
