I might sell the excavator in the spring to buy a slightly larger unit. Serious buyers save up!!!

 

I had to rent a mini x with a thumb yesterday for a job. I had it for an hour this morning b4 I had to take it back. Cleaned up some garbage trees around the lake...

 

Keep it for an extra day and try it out as a log holder. It works perfect with a 12 inch bucket!!!! Perfect height to cut and never hit rocks or dirt, plus no bar pinches.

 

That's what I use my skidsteer and root grapple to do.

 

I raise it up. Man with the bigger saw on the big end. We can block down a 70 ft tree in about 3 minutes. When friends come to help they just stand there with their mouth agape. I do run a 395xp for this chore and that helps. It is NOT a limb cutter. You don't want to lug it around all day.
