Stairs!... One day at least It's eventual home And, yeah I covered my beautiful wall with this, also unfinished
I bet it was hard removing part of that great wall but until you use the yard in its new layout, it is hard to plan stairs. I like the bridge and you know the foundations won't go anywhere.
Thanks, the stairs were always "there" so the wall was built with the opening. With the pool and deck, it makes even more sense to have them there. ALMOST like I know what I'm doing
That came together nicely The pups will have a shady nook under the pool deck - how'd the fasteners work for you?
The camo fasteners worked great! I have to figure out a hidden fastener handrail solution. I really like the lack of visible screw holes.
Great work! That looks really nice. We had an above ground pool when my girls were young and it was one of our best investments in family time.
Just found this thread, you sure did make that yard yours Pictures are great as you, doing all the work & expense over the years quickly forget how it used to look. Reviewing pics of a long term project brings it all together. Cheers to you and your tractor helper !!
Total time: 104 hours Stairs are complete. I'll add some landscape lighting and tidy things up over time.
Turned out very nice. I’m guessing setting granite stairs is a pita? Should have done some deck build progress so the peanut gallery could chime in Assuming the tapered bit right of the pool steps was intended for them, the extra fascia board is good to keep the pool chems off the hardware to a minimum- intentional or not
