Latest picture of my stacked wood added a little more ash to the front row today. My wood shed is behind the stacked wood that,s my splitter that's covered out front. I should add, i slabbed some ash and put the bark side up on the top front stack, its kind of an experiment, i want to see if having the bark UP will protect my tarp, and maybe shed a little water and keep the wood below it a little more dry? Just a test.
Its about time to cover my wood up and put it to ''bed'' for a while, they say, rain is on the way starting this tues. Then, a break for one day, bike riding time!! Then more rain, rain baby rain, we need it here in the PNW. Then another short 1 day break, and another day for a ride. And, back to more rain, so ''they'' say.
A good day here as well... Slicing up some black cherry from a branch that snow brought down last winter. And some free ash that was mentioned in a different thread. Found some oak mixed in.
I like that mobile cutting apparatus. Looks like it works gooder. Just as long as you dont miss and hit a brick
