Awesome firewood cutting weather. No rain, snow, not too hot, temperature just right and best of all no bugs!
Great work! I’m hoping for a little of that perfect working weather. Still a lot left on that pile for someone.
I'm glad you are taking it slow and steady...if you were working faster, that whole log pile would be cut and nowhere to put it. Great job. Glad you are feeling so well
I look at the photo of the tangled logs and brush, I have cut in a tripping mess like that when I was much younger. Kudos to you campinspecter that is not easy work. We do what we have to do, as you stated " best of all no bugs" Good haul and glad to see you posting again. Stay safe cutting and hoard on my friend!
campinspecter ., great work! Your stacks always look Soo good. Your round lengths are extremely consistent!
Don't have to use the saw in the pile. The splitter can yard the logs onto the road and then I buck them into rounds on the road.
Good video, glad to know you're doing it safe. At our age we don't need to be hurting ourselves getting wood. I haven't seen a post from you in while, getting to be that time of the year isn't it. Stay warm.
Really putting that log dog to the test aren’t you If I’m not mistaken it was you who taught me of those. I’ve had a chance to test it on my splitter and it wins compared to tongs. It’ll get good use once I get the smaller stuff split and out of the way. Anyway, thanks for the education and glad your feeling better.
