Just picked up a new smoker this morning. After seasoning it for an hour I have a 6.5# beer can chicken in there right now w some cherry chunks. Will post an update around dinner time w pics.
Sirloin tip roast,I'm not making roast beef,treating this similar to a brisket. Used Memphis rub an the bark is lookin purty
I could use some. I went to Costco the other day and they only had it sliced about 3/4” thick. I guess restaurants must use it like that.
