My septic is a leech field...I believe that now we need a mound around here also!

Good luck Ward and great pictures!

My 10 year old caught a sucker but he dropped it as I was taking the picture. I only got a belly up picture. Wish I was a little quicker with the camera, he was funny trying to catch it before it hit the water. :)

We tried, they say that the paperwork wasn't received in time. The company that worked on it for us was closed already today so I will try again. Maybe they did send it out or if they gave us a copy with the date on it it would help. I hope so, we had it done it was just never filed...I am really sick of paying people to do half azz work lately. How hard is it to sign something and toss it in the mail?!?!?!

The whole thing wasn't frozen, the pipe that goes from the holding tank to the mound froze. We could still use it, just had to have it pumped every 4 weeks.

Hoping that company has a copy of what's needed and realize they're the ones that dropped the ball. You shouldn't have to pay a dime to anyone. Good luck and like you said, at least you could go fishin' with the boys.

I'm a state worker and I do. State workers up here don't have the best reputation. Spent 25 years in paper mills so I know how to work. Kinda surprises people sometimes when I go out of my way to help them.

I probably shouldn't have said nobody. Sorry. I have just had bad luck with people lately...

I'm kind of surprised looking at your pictures that there doesn't seem to be much snow or ice around. With all the screaming about how cold it was in Wisconsin this winter I thought the place would still look like the artic. I saw a guy ice fishing on the lake down the street from me this afternoon. There's still plenty of ice up here!

Snow is gone but the lakes are still pretty frozen. The rivers near the dams are clear but once you go down river they are still ice. We tried to take the 13ft aluminum boat last week but couldn't get too far because of ice. Soon though we will be bass fishing sturgeon bay! I cannot wait!!!

Its not over yet sailor. Lotsa snow in the forecast with a potentially decent sized storm midweek... :(

Sub, we lost almost all of or snow in the past week around here and in that same week, the river went from iced over to 80 percent open-lakes are a different story. I saw a snow cover map yesterday and looks like you guys still have quite a bit.

Spent all morning cleaning the pellet furnace. I got it all taken apart and cleaned, had a few issues getting the burn pot back together but I said a couple choice words and just like that I got it together :)

There was no way to get the end cap off the exhaust since they riveted it together. I drilled it out and used screws so we can now remove it easier.

Glad I figured this out before it's cold and snowy next year. Although it wasn't much fun in the rain today either ;)

    I think I earned a beer :drunk:

Windows and doors open, fresh air smells good. My son had t-ball this morning, and I'm spraying some shutters. Wife is grilling tonight. T-bones, potato salad, and broccoli. Can't wait!

Front brakes, oil change and rotate on the wife's ride. Then attempted to replace the upstairs crapper without success. :headbang:
