Wife says enough. She calculates a 5 year supply.
    Near 30 cords CSS'd

We just started to burn the wood for 17/18.
Moved it to the basement after moose season---
& Still had 1-1/2 cord in the shed.
Gave me room in the shed for 20/21. (which is more likely 21/22)

My 3 year plan ended up closer to a "5 year plan"

More time to bike ride :)

So no new pics cutting birch for Oct
    Some from last year:

    Thanks guys
    Broke temp records in Sept
    Warmest & driest ever.

Going into Oct, still 10° above average.

The snow we just got in the mtns is a month late compared to “the norm.”

    All added together.......=
    Burn less wood.

    Am burning now,
    2017/18 wood
(Got a new BK, same model)
    2/3 loads , on low , 24 hour.

52° now, hard to burn low enough

Nice to be able to take a year off. But I bet if something easy comes your way, you'll grab it.

After all, thats why we're called hoarders!

I know you'll enjoy the time in So Cal and riding that bike. You've earned it Dave. Now Enjoy it.

Taking a year off is just one of the perks of being ahead.
