    A big X2 ^^
    :salute:

Grandfather was Navy gunner, and also did amphibious landings in WWII.

Wanted me to go Navy, but I decided USAF instead.

You'll really appreciate that addition to the shed. You'll also really appreciate the 3 year plan, especially if you get to the point where bogydave is so he can take off a year. Sweet!

Funny reading about the service and the boats. I was with my son last weekend and as he does sometimes, he wore his Navy hat with his boat name and all. We ran into an old friend of mine and right off those 2 hit it off when the hat was spotted. Turned out my friend was on a tender and my son on the sub and they very well may have crossed paths at one time or two. Some interesting conversations we had!

And thank you for your service.

    Thank you.

It is funny how that happens. Sometimes the talk will get difficult for civilians to understand when you fall right back into acronyms and slang that you haven't used in a while!

I was walking through the airport in Phoenix a couple of years ago and randomly ran into a guy I served with that I hadn't seen in 20 years. We actually ended up on the same flight. Pretty awesome to reminisce. :drunk:

And I am really liking the shed so far! Trying to figure out the best stacking scheme to let plenty of air in and maybe get 2 years worth under roof... Even before the shed addition, I think I had a little different stacking scheme every year since we started burning. You know, constant improvement. By the time I can't cut wood anymore, maybe I'll have it figured out. LOL :saw::stack::stack::stack::stack::stack::stacker::tractor:

    Love that!
I see a drive through service.
We pull the ATV and trailer into garage, unload/stack, and then back out for the next load. Your set up is optimal.
    Nice job!

    Haha. Thanks.

I like the way you're thinking. But, I can't quite drive through. There is a door in between where the wood storage stops and the boiler area starts.

We are able to drive the Kubota's loader bucket between the stacks. Then, turn around to back the carry-all or small trailer in for unloading. We did make the roof tall enough that the ROPS make it under without being folded down.

I am torn on if I want to add more rows and lose that ability or not. It saves lots of steps.
