A storm blew down a couple small trees at my sons house and I got around to cutting them up today. Been busy with my own woodpile until recently. This will be good next fall for the shoulder season. I'm just gonna stack it in the old barn until I need it.
I'm not even sure of the year. The young lad wasted $300 on it a couple of years ago thinking he got a deal. Dash all tore apart, holes in the floor... I'm going to tell him to get rid of it next year even if he gets nothing for it. I've got enough of my own junk around here without anyone elses.
If I had the money, time, and place to work on it, I'd refund his money for that car. As it is, I've got enough on my plate as well.
Can't argue that logic. But, I do love my wife, and don't want to see her spend any time in jail for killing me. She'd be in the right mind you, but the law doesn't take these things into consideration. Full plate and all that. I've got enough to take care of as it is.
Yep, I convinced her to join the site/conversation also. I hide nothing from her, and am happy as can be that she's of like mind.
I hide nothing from her, and am happy as can be that she's of like mind... Best way to be...wish my sweetie would join the group, guess we're not as exciting as FB...yuck...oh well, I do share stories from here with her occasionally.
don't want to see her spend any time in jail for killing me. If you is dead, how you is gonna see Chazsbetterhalf sitting in the pokey...
After moving the Willow that was there into the basement this morning I decided to stack the Maple. The row behind it is some Oak from last year.
Manitoba maple= box elder! Had to look up the species because I've never heard of it What's happening with 80s cars is similar to the muscle car baby Boomer craze. The cars kids grew up loving are valuable because they are now grown ups with money. Almost anything (especially gm) 80s cool retro is worth decent money, just a clean title(Vin) and a frame is worth 300.
Agreed. But my love for cars goes back much further than the eighties. Two things dominated my young brain, cars, then girls. Only difference is, the cars still look the same.
