Can't answer to that, we've been here 8 yrs with no major issues so far, but yeah, it's been loosing pressure over time (recently).

Today, I checked air pressure, still just below 40 psi (40 is set minimum pressure and they recommend 2 psi below minimum on bladder pressure)

Pump runs, pressure looks good on gage, shut off pump, it either goes to zero, or hovers around 40 psi.
That also confuses me, it should either drop all the way, or hover, consistently, and it doesn't.
    :headbang:

This also makes me wonder about the foot valve that is supposed to keep the water from draining back to the well, if that's bad, then the line needs pulled for replacement. That is where I figure it'll get expensive.

Sorry Chaz & Mrs. Chaz, we struggle with ours too. Not a well but a shallow well jet pump/pressure tank combo.

It's "snow fence" not "mow fence"

    Lol

How difficult was that to undo?

Good morning Hoarders. Caffeine going in. My son and I went and picked up that Yamaha Grizzly last night. Left it on the truck and parked it in the barn it was so dark when we got home. And it was time to get some dinner and watch the game.

This morning we will take it down of the truck and get some riding time on it early before both of us have to get doing other things.

    Have a good weekend Hoarders!

I am sure there is a better tool to shred that fencing for you and not mess up the mower.
I have to find something better than my mower for all the rocks I want to skim off a little of

Lots of fire pit activity though.

I knew that...I seem to clean my gutters in the rain about 66% of the time. :picard:
Although I cleaned one right after the rain yesterday...its behind some large bushes....they were dripping wet, that was fun too!

Yeah, that's when we all seem to remember to have to clean gutters. I had to do a spot check and clean right at the downspouts the other day. Luckily I was able to do that in a brief break from the rain.

I cleaned out the gutters pretty well a week and a half ago, so there wasn't too much to do, but there were 3 of the 4 downspouts clogged, so it was good timing.
