My sister lives in Hamberg so it will be a good excuse, visit and hunt. It won’t be for a few more years, too much going on to start planning.
It’s some work. I process so that when I take the meat out of the freezer it’s ready, with no additional processing. 600-700 pounds of moose in the freezer. So far I have put about 300 pounds in the freezer. I vacuum seal everything so that takes extra time.

Justin and I have been c/s/s some wood. Have been using the 261 and 461 it’s a good pair. Bucking with the 461 and 261 to mark the pile and whatever else that’s quickly needed.
