Town I grew up in flooded every year, we would go out swimming in it. Boats ran down Main Street. Good times.

ouch! agree, snow melt and rain will keep the water tables high for awhile

 

A couple of my favorite fishing holes are way above summer pool, one of 'em is pretty stained.
I hope they can hold it,,last couple years have been hard on the ponds.

That flood warning was strange, NOAA never had it up for our area, it was in the local newspaper/online.

With the warm weather an the rain coming in the waters will rise, some of the smaller streams/creeks are much bigger, I notice some I've never seen before.

Ouch. I owned a farm a few years ago within a few miles of all this flooding in Macomb. Right on Rt. 58 just south of Pine Hill Rd. I bet Beaver Creek is running high right now as well.

 

The small creeks up in this area are the highest I've seen them in years.

 

Pretty high down here as well. Some of the guys at work live in Oneida and lost their houses last spring to the flooding. Just got them fixed and now worried about it again.

I'm about 100 yards off of Oneida Lake and the ice is starting to break up. If the ice melt doesn't go well, there will be a lot of us wading through the water.

 

The flooding sucks, I hope you guys stay high and dry. We have certain areas along the river that get flooded if Mother Nature creates an ice jam, we'll find out this weekend if the weather clears it or makes it worse.
