Bucked up hard maple, ash, white oak and brought out 4 loads. There is still a large pile to be brought out. Spent a lot of time clearing brush to make the cutting area safe.
Looks good! How's the weather there? Its wonderful here 56° and sunny. I'm out cutting now just taking a breather.
Weather was crisp and breezy. Just enough chill in the air to keep a man working. Looked like rain, but nothing became of it. Temps stayed in the mid 60's this afternoon. perfect for a day in the forest.
Brian, that second picture looks like the tire is rubbing on the bed of the trailer. Too big of a load? We hauled wood in a trailer like that for many moons but it finally bit the dust. We also propped it up just like you show in one of the pics.
Dennis, good eye, and your right. The axle bent alittle, yes, heavy load earlier along with some boulder crossings. Later this evening I did heat it up and straightened it back up. The wagon has just about had it.. Next one will be a larger one with some decent tires, but until then, beggers can't be choosers.
Thx, looks like I need to spend more time practicing taking pictures as good as yours, and not this blurry mess I've got going on.
Looks like quite a productive day! How does the tent for your tools hold up? I was looking at those a while back and wondered how long they would hold up.
Got the the same honda at work, it's an 05 with 8000 miles! It is a great 4 wheeler and doesn't give us any trouble.
The "shelterlogic" is fairly new Im yet to see how it holds up to heavy snows, although I plan to brush any off when I can. I is a great shelter for the outdoor power equiptment.
There are nice bills to go along with them The honda is the wifes, perfect size for her, i love riding it, its a blast. Cant go wrong with a honda!
