I just looked on the map. Micksburg, Ontario looks to be directly due north of Huntingdon, PA. I've always enjoyed Gordon Lightfoot's music. Isn't he originally from Ontario?

Yes, I think he was from Orillia. Love his music too.

And gotta love "Sundown" and "Wreck of the Edmund..." by G. Lightfoot. And I'm only 28 years old! haha Probably the only guy my age that even knows who Lightfoot is.

Got a few logs out and bucked up for the splitter yesterday evening. After I took this picture, was gonna finish the last two logs but the flexible rotating thingy that goes around the metal ridgid snout thing on the front of the motorized beaver came off and the repair shop was closed, just my luck...:faint::faint::loco: :loco: :rofl: :rofl: ...
Never fear, my trusty scrench came to the rescue.

Sometimes I have to hold the motorized beaver the other way. Does that make the snout thing right then?

That's only about 3" thick. I set it aside thinking I'd do something with it but it just ended up on top of the pile for now. I cut up some poplar branches that fell during the wind the other day, that's what's underneath the big piece.
