9ish sounds good. I'm up for whatever you want to try. If you want to cut, I can help move rounds and wedge them in half. At least for a couple hours.

Transmission cooler line broke this morning. I knew they looked suspect, and I planned to replace them in a few weeks.

Some good news, the logging truck came and took the pine. Free access to the locust logs now! Mwalsh9152, plenty for you to cut without starting on the big one, so come anytime tomorrow and I'll introduce you to the homeowners, I'll just be home babysitting.

Should be much easier now that the Pine is out of the way.

    Looks much better!

I fixed the broken line, then got ambitious and did the front brakes too. I'll see what I can do about getting out tomorrow. Mama did NOT have a good day with the kids today. Leaving might not be in my best interest. I'll let you know though.

Cut some more so I can load it in the rain tomorrow, oh boy. IMG_20180909_33891.jpg
I tried driving some stakes under the big one to see if there was air underneath it.
These three stakes went all the way under. IMG_20180909_43187.jpg

Are the stakes where you intend to through cut, and there to help ensure you don't hit ground?

If so, I very much like.

I think if I'm very very careful, I can cut all the way through where those stakes are.

Looks like you're getting the hang of it. Both cutting big logs and what to expect out of your saw. Nice looking rounds

That was with a new chain. It needs a sharpening already.

Then you best be very, very careful on those cuts with the stakes.

The "stakes are high, at this level of competition."

You already "staked your claim" on those logs.

Ok, I'll stop now, don't wanna be "burned at the stake".
    :picard:

Yeah, getting bad at this point.
    :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:
