Smoked two Boston butts over night. I have started to wrap them in paper and I really like the flavor. Two chuck roasts are wrapped and soaking in Guinness. I’m going to try to make “poor mans burnt ends”
Salt pepper and onion powder,in the smoke for a while then I will foil them...break em down for Cubans later.
Honestly, my arthritis threw me for a loop and I’m feeling like chit. Might even have Lyme or something else going on. Waiting for blood test results. I might give it a go tomorrow if I feel up to it
I’m not sure about my chuck roast burnt ends. They might have too much bark on them. I’ll give them a light coat of good bbq sauce and heat them up for the party. If they don’t turn out I won’t be out too much, they were “buy one, get one”
