    Ahhhh. I just buzzed down to Bowling Green for a bike. I wondered if those fields were tobacco. Appears I was correct. Leaves are getting color here also.

    We usually have some color by now but very little so far. Actually I'd expected to see more stress on the trees from the hot and dry summer. But it surely has not been dry lately!

    Coffee mug is full of vodka and soda water, most obvious sign that summer is over is that A. I'm actually outside not hiding in the AC, and B. I'm not wearing shorts.
