    Hot and sticky forecast today and tomorrow. 82 yesterday, now 88 predicted today and tomorrow with God-awful humidity.

    Armbru84 stopped in yesterday for a visit and we love having him stop in. He and I went back into the woods so he could help me with 10 or 12 large white oak logs that needed splittting. Man, did the sweat ever break out then!!! Will really be glad when this humidity lets up and the cool air arrives. Thursday promises to be much more in line with around 70 predicted for the high. Much, much better.

    Exactly. Trying the other options just doesn't work well on the eyes. You get tired easily, and somethings get overlooked.

    and a day or two later, we will cool off. Lots of sweating here, normal but I am sick of it. We normally have 70's F this time of year. I expect the cold will arrive like a hammer striking a nailhead. I'll be going around to the farms buying potatoes and squash.

    My car read 90° on my way home from work. Yes, nasty humidity out there. It will go away, so the guessers say. It does look like my wife and I will be able to play tennis later this week after work.
