Yes, I've been dealing with a left heel bruise so it makes it worse but I'll get through it and get done what we can afford.

It's more about the heat for me so maybe in September or October we'll purchase one.

Thats the same way I wired and finished the interior of my garage.....paid cash for everything and had no monthly staring at me.

    Good plan!

Our contractor who built the garage said it would have power through our generator hookup even though he didn't do anything to the main, well today we lost power for about 45 minutes so I hooked the generator up and he is correct, the new garage is on the generator hookup.

I'll start insulating the garage again this week, I'll do about 12 bays the first day and another 12 the next time I do it.

After I'm done with the insulation, we'll get some OSB up on the backwall and part of the sidewalls.

I took three rolls of insulation and I finished 12 bays or more, we have three more left that will do another 12 on the opposite side.

After I get done with the last three rolls, I'll count the bays left to do and maybe we'll finish insulating the walls this year.

Give me time, that will change. Thanks savemoney , the backhoe will be stored in the new garage so that will take up space along with one if not both splitters.

We had 59 this morning with a high of 62 today so having the garage windows and the garage door open with some loud music made it nice to work.

Tomorrow I'll get some pine split about the size of kindling for the outside fireplace, it looks like we might be in a stretch of raining days so getting rid of all those branches I limbed up is a must.

Looks great thewoodlands !! I am sure you fill up all that empty space sooner than later:). A very wise investment for sure.

It won't take long that's for sure. We went out for an early supper at Sergi's in Potsdam NY and the wife was asking when are we going over to pick the OSB up for part of the inside of the garage. I think that the insulating will get finished on Monday or Tuesday early in the morning before it gets real hot.

I didn't take the camera with me but the last three rolls of insulation found their bays today, I was drenched before I finished.

I'll give my heel a rest from walking on cement and the ladder for a good week before I do anymore in the garage.

If we don't get the OSB for some of the inside of the garage this weekend, I might see how my heel feels in my cutting boots so I can go get a tree that mother nature felled.

Whatever we put up, will get painted white before the storage shelves or workbench get installed.

Yup, I made the mistake of not installing workbenches right away. Instead, I moved stuff in immediately and now have to move it around just to begin thinking to get to the walls!

That space sure does fill up fast!

The wife wants to get the OSB today so we'll be doing that, we'll have to move some things around before we get it in the garage.

We'll do the whole wall in the back and eight or ten feet down one side, after that is done I'll paint it two coats of the color white before anything goes up.

The heel was starting to feel a bit better but this should set it back.

The heel is getting better but the left hamstring is tight. I guess my legs weren't in ladder shape especially after insulating the 32 bays in one day.

The hamstring is feeling somewhat better so later on I'll get a good stretch in.
