    Blondie has an appt in Colorado on Tues for further testing. She's not been doing that great. Wish we didn't have to wait, but things work differently up here. Of course I'm worrying about what the results will be. On another note, there is a dead dog on the dam here, poor guy. Sheriff's are aware but he's still there... I'm going to try to get him tomorrow after kiddo is in school, and take him to the shelter (they can look for microchip and compare lost reports etc.) Hopefully I can get him up the rocks.

    We are dog sitting our daughter and SIL's dog for a week while they are out on a West coast kayak trip. Although Beta loooooves the water and riding on a kayak, she does tend to bail out after something at inopportune times. Then she is hard to get back on the kayak. Her name is Beta - cause she is their second dog. She is a Nova Scotia Duck Toller. A little longer in the legs than the standard.

    Being on a walk with her is a challenge as she loves culverts, mud holes and bogs. Any kind of water actually especially when sticks are being thrown. Our two think she is nuts getting in the water.
