Saw two saws on CL MS 362 & an 026. Don't need either one, but the price was right. Was the first caller, so I bought them. Guy said His phone was blowing up. 362 has no issues, runs strong. Had a 16" bar on it, I put a 20 on it. 026 needs a new brake band on the drum, but runs like a real screamer. 16" also. Tuned them both & made a few test cuts. Both run real well. I think I did gooder.
Someone needs to be told about the “¥ou $uck!” Award... but I guess you’ve probably picked up on what I’m layin’ down.... Nice acquisitions Adam
Yep, got lucky when I saw them. Guy was a stand up guy too, he coulda sold those saws 12 times over for more money, but he took my word that I'd be there when I said & I was. Nice to meet the good folks in the world.
..... protocol would suggest refraining from a YSA until the buyer reveals how much they paid for each saw.
I’ll give ya a little leeway there, but I’ve met Adam a time or two..... so ima stick with my initial submittal....
I knew this was coming, I should make you take a couple guesses, but I won't. $ 110.00 for the 026 & $ 285.00 on the 362C. I didn't dicker or take my $ 5.00 change. Handed him 4 bills & said thank you.
Wow. Great deal for a couple of nice saws. I am sure you will give them a good home. Oh yeah and I agree with Eric
They're already at home with sharp chains oiled & fueled. I won't do any serious work with the 026 till I get the brake fixed, but they're ready for action otherwise.
Just bought this 3 month old 201TC, 3 climbing saddles (one is a brand-new Buckingham), almost 400ft of near-new climbing rope, 400ft of bullrope, Klein gaffs with newer monster pads, around 8 fliplines, several life-rated caribiners, 200ft of new throwline with a new weaver 16oz throwbag, several wedges and near-new 14" and 16" Stihl bars and chains for 800 bucks....... The guy was getting out of tree work and sold everything off to get tools for masonry. Couldn't pass the deal up!
