    Nice here today, but the forecast is for your weather arriving tomorrow for a couple days then lower temps and humidity for Friday. While I am not looking forward to being imprisoned by ice and snow, I have to say that the weeks on end of hot and humid weather did almost that. Those temps this year are very unusual for this area. Normally, we only have a few days that the themps reach 90. Low 80's and high 70's is what we normally anticipate. The ocean is what moderates our weather.

    Dad and his girlfriend got some better flooring......

    The gas station across the road from the house they bought is one of 12 former ultramar stations on the island that have been bought by Irving oil. One that i know of has had permanent rebranding, at least a couple more have not been rebranded yet to my knowledge, and the remainder have been temporarily rebranded with what appears to be simple tarps and paints.

    Problem #1 is a $10/month water bill. It should easily be 2x that much esp since there is not many folks on that system. That or when work is needed you will bill each person their part. IE...50 people on the well and a repair is $50,000 then they each owe $1000.

    Attempted break in, about 4am, 4 cars in the drive at the time, they cut through the outer pane of glass right above the latch which was open anyway and walked right by the front door which was also unlocked to get to the window...very odd.
