My ex and I had a pool in Charleston. We used it after garden went in on tax day, ad up till October. Huge difference between here and there. I built a fire in the new Absolute steel last night. Finally got down into the 40s. Three more weeks, before season starts non stop
Raining this morning. Good, cold mountain rain. 44 degrees now. Burning down these coals. Half a load of lodgepole, and that stove is still producing heat 8 hours later. Very happy with it
Temp didn't break 80 yesterday (79* hi) and DP fell down below 70 (68) this morning. A lot of cloud cover helping to keep temp down, then a wind shift knocked back the humidity somewhat. Has been a cool, wet summer here. (Well, by our standards) Probably back into the mid 80s most of the week, which is still below normal.
I've got a few days left on night shift here in the arctic. It's supposed to go down to -1C (30F) here tonight. I have to admit, it's going to be nice getting back to some warmer temperatures for a while. My wife sent me some pictures of the kids swimming today. They're visiting relatives in southern Ontario. What a difference 2300km in latitude can make.
I'm really looking forward to this weeks weather. Prescott, AZ 10-Day Forecast | Weather Underground The rest of the week in the 70's in August? I'll take it.
43 this morning. Going to warm up to the low 60s. I still put more wood on. Then tomorrow back to summer
Out of a forecast of 1/2 to 3/4" of rain, we got .15". Seems normal any more. But at least is isn't hot. It did get up to 80 for a short time yesterday but was decent for working. Forecast is for a high of 76 today.
67*....fog is thicker than pea soup....callin for bad storms this late this afternoon....maybe this fog won't let form as bad?
75F with a dew point of 69. At least that's finally going down for a few days. 80's & 90's again by the weekend. I'm so ready for Fall, but their long range outlook is showing warm in September too for what that's worth.
68F right now, I think the high for the day was 73-74. Skipped the polo and went with a button down shirt at work today. Pretty daring for someone that sweats like Ted Stryker.
74 here with a dew point of 70 86 -% humidity and light rain next couple of nights suppose to be in the 50s glad to finally be able to open the windows for awhile
And around these parts it just won't stop raining. I don't know what the total is but I know we've set records for rainfall in July and August.
