    This is the second of two loads my Son in law scrounged for me. The people behind their house had this taken down. The tree service bucked and loaded it for him. Now I have to split and stack. Resized_20180820_190411_7106.jpeg

    Yes it is red oak, it came from their neighbors. It died last year. The Wilt has killed thousands if not millions up here.

    That’s awesome on The SIL to hook you up even cooler the tree service bucked and loaded.

    Look like bigguns with crotchs and knots- doesn’t make for very fun splitting even with hydros

    Is it as large as that Ash we tipped over last year? If it is you may want to add 400 to that 261.
